2. Standard Payment Schedule
Payment structures depend on whether you are purchasing materials only or contracting full supply and professional installation:
A. Supply Only (Materials & Delivery)
100% Payment is required prior to material dispatch from our depot or collection from our Chessington showroom.
B. Supply & Installation Contracts (Residential)
C. Commercial & Main Contractor Contracts
For commercial interior fit-outs and main contractor developments, milestone valuation schedules or 30-day end-of-month terms may be established following formal credit assessment and signed contract. Applicable CIS deductions and VAT Domestic Reverse Charge regulations are supported via Xero.
3. Electronic Invoicing & VAT Breakdown via Xero
All quotations, pro-forma invoices, deposit receipts, and final statements are generated through Xero Accounting. Invoices are delivered digitally via secure email with a direct link to view, download, or reconcile the document online.
- All figures clearly display net amounts, standard UK Value Added Tax (VAT at 20%), and gross totals.
- Paid invoices are immediately marked as reconciled and provide full documentation for property improvement records and warranties.
4. Fraud Prevention & Bank Details Verification
Euro Floors London Ltd will never email you during a project requesting payment to an alternative or updated bank account. If you ever receive any correspondence asking to change bank account details, do not send funds. Contact us immediately on our verified office number: +44 20 7371 9090.
5. Late Payments & Title of Goods
Legal title and ownership of all supplied wood flooring materials remains with Euro Floors London Ltd until full payment of all invoices has been received. In the event of unjustified late payment on commercial accounts, statutory interest will be charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
